You are cordially invited to participate in the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Membership of the Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce. Based on member feedback, this year’s meeting will be a virtual meeting conducted on Zoom at 11:30 on Wednesday February 4, 2026.

The purpose of this meeting is to present the Annual Report to Members. To vote at the meeting you must be a Member in Good Standing (not delinquent in your renewal dues).
We hope that you can attend this important meeting and let your voice be heard. We also want to hear from you about what the Chamber to do to assist you in growing or improving your business. If you cannot attend in person, we request that you assign your voting rights on the enclosed proxy. There are two options for assigning your proxy: either designate the Secretary of the Board of Directors (BoD) or assign another named Member in Good Standing to vote on your behalf on all matters presented to the Members for vote.
