Veterans Journey Home Documentary (Sneak Preview)

Sneak Preview "Veterans Journey Home" Hosted by The Ripple Effect, Guest Appearances by Frederick Marx producer of "Hoop Dreams" and a Special Veteran Guest. This Documentary "Veterans Journey Home" tells a different kind of ("Hero's Journey") about American Veterans struggling to transition emotionally and psychologically from soldiers back into civilians. They need "reverse boot camp." This story focuses on a new concept of bravery:  bravery to face anguish and loss, fear and rage, paralyzing self-doubt, shame, and even self-hatred.This special Phoenix Sneak Preview will include the film, a conversation by the producer and Veteran with the audience and the West Valley Vet Center Adam McCray PhD will moderate two male Veterans and one female Veteran. These Veterans will share their stories with the audience. This will be a time of healing and renewal for many.
