Obsidian Security is an Arizona-based private security firm built by professionals with backgrounds in law enforcement, military operations, and luxury hospitality environments. We were founded to address a common gap in the security industry: the difference between simply placing guards and actually reducing risk.

Our approach is structured, deliberate, and accountability-driven. We design security programs that emphasize officer training, active supervision, and clear documentation, because security failures often occur long after a shift ends, when incidents are reviewed, questioned, or litigated. Obsidian officers are trained beyond minimum requirements, supported by experienced leadership, and deployed with clear post orders and defined authority.
